We had our wedding breakfast at The County Arms in their Trinity room. The service was exceptional from the day one. Nothing was an issue everyone was extremely helpful. Food was amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and also will be coming back for a lunch.
The atmosphere, food and service for Christmas Day lunch were great. The dining area was well balanced for space and level of noise. The timing between each course was just right. However the size/quantity of the main course was overly generous for us! Whilst I love a Yorkshire pudding the size of each individual pudding was enormous- delicious but just too much! And sadly my husband couldn’t manage the crumble pudding which I’m sure was equally as excellent as my quite large chocolate mousse- which I didn’t think I’d finish but I did ( probably shouldn’t have!). We would definitely go there again for our Christmas lunch but could there be “pensioner”portions as an option please? !!!!!!
Quite sizable pub with indoor and outdoor seating with heating. Plenty of space to sit at a nicely decorated area. There are gazebos as well as tent outside. There is parking right next to it.
One of my favourite pubs. The food is delicious and always at a high standard. Came in at Christmas peak time with family and very efficient service. Weekly menu is also delicious. Service is always top standard and always greeted with a smile
We had a fantastic time at the County Arms for my husband’s birthday party. Bradley and his team were extremely helpful before and during our event, the Belvedere room was beautiful and the food and drink were excellent. We and our guests had a wonderful evening. We would highly recommend!

We held our Christmas party for 16 people in the private dining room upstairs. The room was cosy and festive, the food was simply delicious and no request was met with anything but co-operation and a happy face... for example the batteries …
